I’m not certain, but I think this is Lawrence “Larry” F. Johnson, a familiar Twin Cities counter-culture figure during the 1970s. Between 1969 and 1996, Johnson—writing under the pseudonym Ernest Mann—published 138 issues of the Little Free Press, a mini newspaper decrying the evils of “wage slavery.” He apparently also had a unique fashion sensibility.
